Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined the amount of work that would go into developing the accredited content and assessments for TMF University; we had already developed much of the course content and thought that IAOCR would simply help us “tweek” it so that it could become accredited. IAOCR challenged us in so many ways; their high standards and rigorous accreditation program requirements meant that we had to dig deep and totally reshape our thoughts and our approach to the transfer of knowledge so that learners in the program could come away with a confident understanding of the concepts presented. As a result, TMF University has garnered international appeal and has enrolled learners worldwide in its inaugural enrollment offering. Only about 10% of learning is done in the classroom, the learning really happens afterwards within the workplace and IAOCR offered a great solution to this.
